Amber Elliott - with RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks

"Amber Elliott with RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks was the best! She did a fantastic job in helping us find our lake home! She was very responsive in communicating every single time. She listened and knew what we wanted and with her experience she directed us to our best choices. She valued our input. She was very detailed, professional, personable, and made the process easy. She was positive, and it’s very evident that she truly loves what she does."

"You will not be disappointed with Amber whatsoever…..she sold our home within 24 hours…..besides that she is not pushy at all….she went with our flow which meant a lot to us…..the closing could have not been smoother…you won’t go wrong!!"

"Amber Elliot is the gold standard in real estate at Lake of the Ozarks. From day one, she went far above and beyond the typical agent role—scouting properties, coordinating last-minute showings, and even connecting us with trusted local contractors to address inspection items quickly. Her deep knowledge of the LOTO market (She grew up here!) gave us a massive edge. She knew which neighborhoods we should focus on. No guesswork—just data-backed insights delivered with zero pressure.  When we were not in town - she did walk throughs for us and sent videos! Communication was flawless. Texts answered in minutes, emails with a shared drive with every document organized. We always knew exactly where we stood. What sets Amber apart is that she genuinely cares. This wasn’t a transaction to her—it was about finding our perfect lake home. Her enthusiasm is contagious; you can tell she loves what she does, and that passion translates into results. If you want an agent who combines elite market expertise with small-town heart, hire Amber. We’ve already recommended her to friends and will use her again."
